Position Details

• Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Wednesday 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Saturday 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

Answer multiple phone lines and assist clients with appointment scheduling
Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Support patient check-in and check-out processes
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide exceptional customer service during every client interaction
Support daily front desk operations and workflow management
