About the Role

As a Receptionist at Cibolo Creek Veterinary Hospital, you will be the Director of First Impressions, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients with a positive attitude, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care. You will ensure seamless care coordination by maintaining accurate medical records, managing appointment schedules, and handling financial transactions. You will advocate for pet health by educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services, and embody compassion and empathy as a calming presence for clients in every situation.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
  • Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
  • A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
