About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who can keep our hospital running smoothly while making every visit feel welcoming and personal. As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience. You'll work alongside a warm, welcoming, and highly collaborative team that values compassion, professionalism, and outstanding client service.

Schedule

  • Three to four 10-hour shifts per week

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing outstanding customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow
  • Collect medical histories and accurately update patient records
  • Process payments and assist clients during check-in and check-out
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information within the practice management system
  • Provide administrative support to help the hospital operate efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team to ensure a seamless experience

  • Previous customer service experience
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and accurate data entry
  • Veterinary reception experience and familiarity with veterinary terminology are a plus
