About This Role As a part-time Client Care Representative, you'll be the warm, welcoming face of our veterinary practice! In this vital front-line position, you'll create positive first impressions with our clients and set the tone for their entire experience with us. You'll be the compassionate bridge between our clients and their beloved pets' care, guiding pet parents through appointments, answering questions, and ensuring smooth operations at our reception area. This role combines your people skills, organizational abilities, and genuine love for animals to help us deliver exceptional veterinary care. Our hiring process includes two interview stages: a brief, one-way video interview via Hireflix followed by an on-site interview. Appointment Wizard: You'll masterfully schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs with proper documentation. Team Coordination: You'll promptly alert appropriate departments when patients arrive, distribute daily schedules, and ensure patient files are properly prepared and updated. Professional Environment: You'll maintain an inviting, clean, and organized reception area that helps create a positive experience for clients and their pets.
