  • Status: Part-Time
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday: 9 am - 6 pm. Friday: 8 am - 5 pm.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally
  • Answer phones, take messages, and respond to basic client questions
  • Understand the range of services the practice provides and the species it treats
  • Recommend appropriate services and provide estimates to clients
  • Differentiate and prioritize routine cases and emergency cases, alerting staff as needed
  • Maintain medical records and understand medical record filing systems
  • Process payments, prepare deposits, and assist with invoicing
  • Support client education and help create a positive client experience
