- Status: Part-Time
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday: 9 am - 6 pm. Friday: 8 am - 5 pm.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients warmly and professionally
- Answer phones, take messages, and respond to basic client questions
- Understand the range of services the practice provides and the species it treats
- Recommend appropriate services and provide estimates to clients
- Differentiate and prioritize routine cases and emergency cases, alerting staff as needed
- Maintain medical records and understand medical record filing systems
- Process payments, prepare deposits, and assist with invoicing
- Support client education and help create a positive client experience
