80% Small Animal / 20% Large Animal (the opportunity currently available is working with only small animal)

Opportunity to work alongside a doctor with special interests in large animal reproduction and ruminant medicine

Comprehensive reproductive services including:
- OFA testing
- Semen collection/evaluation/shipment

- Infertility evaluations
Doctor Support & Schedule
Average 14–16 patients per day
30-minute wellness appointments
45-minute sick appointments
Strong support staff structure:

Pro-sal compensation model with a base salary of $115,000 - $140,000 (based on experience & schedule)
Production bonus paid quarterly with no negative accrual
