About the role
As the face of the hospital, our Client Service Representatives (CSRs) greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage the flow of appointments
- Provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients
- Process financial transactions
- Answer inquiries
- Provide essential information about the services we provide
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in scheduling, check-ins/outs, and general office duties
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Liaise between clients and the technical team

Pay
Compensation: $16-18.50 per hour, for each hour worked
Schedule
This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.
