About the role
Pacific Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As the face of the hospital, CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage the flow of appointments
- Provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients
- Process financial transactions
- Answer inquiries
- Provide essential information about the services we provide
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Customer service and client communication
- Prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Adapting to feedback and being coachable

Benefits
This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position, with 10 hour shifts schedule and availability needed for rotating Saturdays. Full-time benefits and compensation:
