Veterinary Receptionist

About the role

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative with minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service setting. This position requires understanding that clear, effective communication with clients and team members is a priority, comfort with handling payments, a multi-line phone system, email, and other means of client reporting, familiarity with Avimark (a plus), strong willingness to maintain a clean, presentable environment, and a team-first attitude and commitment to a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
• Process payments and manage client billing
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain a clean and presentable work environment
• Support the team in providing excellent client and patient care

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
• Familiarity with Avimark (a plus)
• Strong willingness to maintain a clean, presentable environment
• A team-first attitude and commitment to a positive work culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
