Lead a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure excellent clinic operations and animal care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including personnel management, hiring, training, and development.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and clinic workflows.
• Coach staff to improve performance and uphold a high standard of client and patient care.
• Balance business needs with staff wellbeing and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Management experience in a veterinary setting.
• Hands-on ability to work both front and back of house.
• Experience with HR functions such as SOPs, evaluations, and discipline.
• Proficiency with practice management system (ImproMed).
