Southern Oregon Veterinary Specialty Center is seeking an energetic and compassionate Veterinary Internist to join our dedicated team of veterinary professionals providing specialty and emergency care 24/7 365 days per year. Located in the heart of the Rogue Valley, we are the premier location for complex cases, advanced treatments, state-of-the-art technology, and various specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to hospitalized patients
• Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with other veterinarians and support staff
• Attend continuing education seminars and workshops

Requirements

• Current DVM degree from an AVMA accredited school
• Valid California Veterinarian license or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
• Experience in internal medicine preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
