Veterinary Clinic Coordinator

Location: Bentonville, AR (onsite)

Pay

This position’s hiring range is anticipated to be $19.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

This is a part-time position. The current schedule is Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. This is subject to change based on scheduling needs and will be discussed prior to going into effect.

About the role

The Clinic Coordinator helps support clinic operations by working directly with clients, assisting with scheduling, and providing pre- and post-visit instructions. This role also manages weekly animal admissions, ensuring all incoming animals receive proper documentation and basic medical care. Additionally, the Clinic Coordinator ensures supplies are ordered and maintained and assists in clinic work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support clinic operations by interacting directly with clients.
