Compensation

About the role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Doctors and Technician team by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients and patients. Your ability to create a welcoming, low-stress environment will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care and client service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing in-depth education on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate patient care services to ensure efficient workflow and continuity of care.
- Accurately enter and review charges to maintain precise billing and medical records.
- Collaborate with all hospital departments to support seamless communication and patient care.
- Manage and maintain medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Confidence around pets.
- Medical background, such as veterinary technician, human healthcare, or pharmaceutical.
- Medical terminology training.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings.
