Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments
- Provide information regarding hospital services and policies
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for clients
- Support clients with compassion during routine and emotional visits
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, surgeries, and procedures
- Confirm appointments and communicate schedule updates
- Maintain efficient daily hospital workflow
- Check-in and check-out procedures
- Verify patient and client information
- Process payments accurately
- Review invoices and answer client questions
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate future visits
- Administer client education and support
- Aid clients with forms and paperwork
- Provide basic preventive care information as directed
- Facilitate communication between clients and the medical team
Who We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous veterinary receptionist or Client Service Representative experience
- Previous customer service experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology
- Experience with veterinary software systems

- Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour and commensurate with experience
