Tehachapi Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team. Tehachapi Premier Place for Pets offers comprehensive veterinary care and pet boarding services.

Client Service Job Duties

• Greeting clients with enthusiasm.
• Interfacing with the public in a respectful and constructive manner.
• Answering a multi-line phone system.
• Gathering patient history/information.
• Educating clients on care.
• Scheduling daily appointments, organizing next day procedures.
• Outlining costs and fees in a positive light while supporting hospital payment policies.
• Responding to emergencies when they arise.
• Ensuring comfort of clients and patients during wait times, explaining any delays to clients.
• Working with technicians and doctors to ensure patients and clients receive best care.
• Weekend and evening availability.
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability.
• Must enjoy working with animals.

Client Service Job Requirements

• 2 Years Veterinary Hospital Experience (Preferred)
• Customer Service Experience (Required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
