Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach
• Process payments and recommend, select, and obtain products and services
• Answer questions about products and services and educate clients on pet care
• Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
• Maintain a clean, neat hospital inside and out

Requirements

• Outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
