About the role

Savannah Animal Hospital is a 30-year-old AAHA-accredited practice located just a few miles from the beach in Lewes, DE. We are seeking a veterinarian to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Practice high-quality veterinary medicine in a supportive, team-focused environment
• Collaborate with a 3:1 technician-to-doctor ratio for hands-on support
• Participate in cross-training to ensure smooth operations and support
• Attend CE opportunities to maintain and enhance professional skills

Requirements

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume general care and surgery practice
• Committed to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Works collaboratively with hospital team members
• Makes decisions confidently and effectively

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or experienced veterinarian
• AAHA accreditation preferred
• Experience in general care and surgery practices
