About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Countryside Pet Clinic. Countryside Pet Clinic is a well-established, full-service companion animal hospital that has proudly served the community since 1993. We are deeply committed to providing high-quality medicine while maintaining a strong focus on compassion, community involvement, and long-term client relationships. We are proud to support both pets and the people who love them, including an Angel Assistance Fund to help clients facing financial hardship during medical emergencies. Our team also actively partners with local animal shelters and rescue organizations.

• Rehabilitation and physical therapy (including underwater treadmill, agility gym, laser therapy, and water therapy)

At Countryside Pet Clinic, you will receive hands-on mentorship and collaborative case support from experienced doctors within the hospital, helping you grow confidence in both general practice and surgical medicine. Whether you are a newer graduate or an experienced clinician looking to expand your skills, mentorship here is tailored to your level and goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus production
• Sign-on, retention, and relocation assistance available

• Rotating Saturdays
• On-call weekend rotation approximately every third week (primarily covering resort patients)
