Veterinarian
About the role
Are you passionate about improving access to veterinary care and preserving the human-animal bond? At one of the largest animal shelters on the East Coast, you'll do work that a private practice simply can't offer. Your caseload will span the full range of shelter medicine: performing surgeries and wellness exams on shelter animals awaiting adoption, treating privately owned pets through our community care programs, handling cruelty and neglect cases on location, and providing care for pets in our foster network. Whether you're a new graduate building confidence across a wide variety of cases, or an experienced veterinarian looking for meaningful, mission-driven work — this role offers something rare: variety, purpose, and a team that has your back.
