Veterans Program Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Supports the SSVF program by leading weekly staff meetings, providing guidance, and training new and current team members.
  • Represents the program in local Continuum of Care and veteran-focused community meetings while promoting SSVF services to partner agencies.
  • Sets up prospective veterans for assessments and ensures all files, case notes, and HMIS data meet VA and CoC compliance standards.
  • Conducts regular file reviews, assists with case management when needed, and may carry a small caseload.
  • Approves timesheets, manages mileage reimbursement, and tracks program spending with accurate accounting codes.
  • Maintains a company vehicle and meets regularly with the SSVF Manager to support program operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure effective veteran services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, public policy, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Experience with VA and CoC compliance standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
