About the role

This role involves providing personal care services to clients, following individualized aide plans and completing daily tasks via electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and ambulating
• Prepare meals, including special diets, and assist with feeding
• Perform oral hygiene tasks
• Use mobility equipment such as walkers and wheelchairs
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal prep
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Report client condition changes, safety concerns, or issues related to abuse or neglect to staffing management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience validated by references
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to read and write
• Ability to provide basic personal care
