Venue - Sr Project Manager

About the role

The Sr Project Manager at Henderson is responsible for overseeing and coordinating high-profile and complex projects/programs. This role involves leading project and program teams, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and client experience.
• Manage the development of project proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables, delegating tasks as necessary.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
• Ensure project performance meets quality standards and deliverables meet project objectives.
• Select, manage, and maintain relationships with project sub-consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Advanced knowledge and application of building design and construction principles.
• Project management certification preferred.
• PE license preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve goals.
• Prioritizes collaboration, communication, and organization skills.
