About the role
The Sr Project Manager at Henderson is responsible for overseeing and coordinating high-profile and complex projects/programs. This role involves leading project and program teams, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and client experience.
- Manage the development of project proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
- Plan and coordinate project deliverables, delegating tasks as necessary.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
- Ensure project performance meets quality standards and deliverables meet project objectives.
- Select, manage, and maintain relationships with project sub-consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.
- Advanced knowledge and application of building design and construction principles.
- Project management certification preferred.
- PE license preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve goals.
- Prioritizes collaboration, communication, and organization skills.
