About the role

The Sr Project Manager at Henderson is responsible for overseeing and coordinating high-profile and complex projects/programs. This role involves leading project and program teams, managing project budgets and communication, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and client experience.
• Develop project proposals, contracts, and budgets.
• Manage project deliverables and delegate tasks as necessary.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
• Select, manage, and maintain relationships with project sub-consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education).
• 14+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Advanced knowledge and application of building design and construction principles.
• Project management certification preferred.
• PE license preferred.
