About the Opportunity:The VENDOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST role focuses on supporting vendor management functions critical to project execution and compliance. The position involves managing procurement processes, tracking purchase orders and invoices, and overseeing timesheet systems and subcontractor workforce submissions. This role contributes to the operational efficiency and financial control of projects, ensuring smooth vendor interactions and accurate reporting. Responsibilities:Create purchase requisitions and change requestsTrack purchase orders and invoice statusMaintain PO and change request trackersParticipate in vendor-related initiativesManage the subcontractor timesheet systemGenerate timesheet and workforce submission reports Requirements:Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLookup, pivot tables, and basic formulasProfessional written communication experienceAt least 1 year of experience organizing schedules and task listsActive Secret security clearance Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range for specified states is $57,300 to $115,800 USD Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
