Vendor Management Analyst
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to new/ renewed contract requests leveraging internal contract management platform
- Collaborate with business users to obtain all necessary contract details
- Liaise with Accounting, FP&A, and Legal team to collect contract details and ensure data consistency across vendors
- Monitor contract review workflow to ensure contracts are processed in a timely manner
- Manage vendor onboarding tasks including maintaining vendor information in internal systems
- Oversee legal invoice processing utilizing proprietary coding system
- Work with internal and external legal teams to gather necessary information to allocate and code legal invoices
- Perform tasks for the month-end close process, including legal expense accruals
- Generate legal expense reporting and analyze trends for business leaders
- Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve workflows and field data requests
In-Office Requirement
Employees are required to follow the in-office work schedule. Currently, OHA’s team in Fort Worth follows a hybrid model where employees work in-office Tuesday through Thursday. Employees have the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule is subject to change based on organizational needs and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic achievement
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; can manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic, ability to recognize and manage priorities, and adhere to deadlines
- Must be a quick learner and self-starter, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
