About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support various initiatives in different locations. The positions are available in Lawrence, MA, North Waltham, MA, Malden, MA, and Cambridge, MA. All roles are either permanent or temporary/full-time, with salaries ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, and hourly rates from $63.3365 to $73.337 and $55 to $64.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales operations by coordinating sales-related requests, setting up customers, products, and vendors, preparing reports, managing tasks, overseeing the Sales & Marketing Assistant, assisting with product samples, meeting logistics, and post-meeting follow-ups, and coordinating promotional and retail merchandising initiatives.
  • Translate operational needs into clear documentation, testing plans, and process improvements for enterprise application initiatives, leading discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and workflow reviews, producing and maintaining project artifacts, building testing approaches, scenarios, scripts, and detailed cases, evaluating existing workflows, and verifying data quality, system integrations, workflow behavior, reporting outputs, and converted information.
  • Examine current business workflows within the assigned area and convert operational needs into effective system-based processes, investigating application issues, identifying underlying causes, and coordinating with internal technology teams and external partners to drive timely resolution, creating and carrying out test plans, business scenarios, and regression checks, recording defects, verifying corrective actions, and assisting with readiness activities ahead of production deployment.
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and convert them into clear functional requirements for ServiceNow initiatives, supporting delivery of multiple concurrent projects involving areas such as incident management, change management, hardware processes, and software asset management, developing reporting strategies and building dashboards, collaborating with ServiceNow developers and platform team members to plan enhancements, validating solutions, and aligning configurations with user needs, coordinating and supporting user acceptance testing, monitoring platform updates, and assisting with recurring release activities.
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and convert them into clear functional requirements for ServiceNow initiatives, supporting delivery of multiple concurrent projects involving areas such as incident management, change management, hardware processes, and software asset management, developing reporting strategies and building dashboards, collaborating with ServiceNow developers and platform team members to plan enhancements, validating solutions, and aligning configurations with user needs, coordinating and supporting user acceptance testing, monitoring platform updates, and assisting with recurring release activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to turn business data into clear, useful information for stakeholders. They should also be able to translate business needs into practical solutions, document workflows clearly, and contribute to testing, training, and ongoing process improvement in an on-site environment.
