Vendor Management Analyst

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in your assigned services with ability to independently process items, identify dependencies and provide continuous improvement ideas.
• Monitor SLA performance daily, identify coverage gaps and work with vendor and service team to redistribute team resources.
• Review quality metrics and escalations weekly to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Track productivity weekly to ensure vendors meet IPH/AHT targets.
• Evaluate monthly forecast against completions to confirm the vendor is meeting targets and assess overtime/holiday coverage.
• Review, resolve and reduce aged inventory, ensuring protocols are followed by proactively addressing outstanding issues with vendors.
• Partner with training and support teams on process optimization and documentation.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) facilitation and coordination for vendors by conducting hands-on testing and validating testing through teach backs.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with service center managers and serve as primary escalation point for operational issues.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple vendor relationships concurrently.
• Aptitude to deal with ambiguity, creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter that possesses decision-making and recommendation abilities.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skillset.
• Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
• Vendor management experience.
