Vendor Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Create, configure, and maintain workflows, user permissions, and core data structures within the Gatekeeper platform.
  • Manage the setup and ongoing mapping of vendor relationships between individual brands and parent companies.
  • Perform routine performance testing and quality assurance reviews to identify system bottlenecks and ensure the platform runs smoothly for all users.
  • Serve as a trusted, internal resource for cross-functional team members when system questions or issues arise.
  • Proactively engage with internal partners to understand how Gatekeeper impacts their daily workflows and identify opportunities to better support users.
  • Create, update, and distribute internal how-to guides, FAQs, and system release communications as the platform evolves.
  • Build and deliver clear reports to leadership highlighting key utilization metrics, data health, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Execute operational project plans on time, adapting to changing business needs with a strong focus on organizational detail and continuous improvement.
  • Complete comprehensive cross-training with the Vendor Compliance team to provide support to other positions during peak volumes or as needs arise.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience with contract management preferred.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
