Castle Automotive Group is seeking a Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator to bridge service and sales, encouraging existing customers to upgrade their vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying upgrade opportunities for service customers
• Building rapport and explaining the benefits of upgrades
• Presenting tailored offers based on customer needs
• Capturing upgrade leads and coordinating with sales staff
• Using CRM and data systems to track leads and manage customer information
• Staying updated on vehicle inventory and promotions

Qualifications include:

• Previous automotive sales, customer service, or upgrade experience
• Strong understanding of automotive sales and service operations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and dealership management systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and clean driving record
