Job Overview
As a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator, you'll be at the center of engineering and fleet operations — managing a diverse fleet of Stellantis vehicles, supporting part installations, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, and keeping everything running smoothly for engineering and testing teams.
What's the Job?
- Manage and coordinate a wide variety of Stellantis vehicles including gas, hybrid, electric, production, and prototype vehicles
- Support engineering teams with part installations, fitment checks, and modification activities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Assist with vehicle software updates and OBD diagnostics
- Cook up vehicle scheduling, availability, and deliveries to suppliers and Stellantis facilities
- Track and maintain vehicle registrations, insurance, tabs, and compliance requirements
- Document installation results, fitment concerns, and engineering feedback
- Manage parts inventory, test components, and specialized tools
- Support prototype part handling, shipping/receiving, and traceability
- Collaborate with engineering, testing, quality, and supplier partners
What's Needed?
- Strong automotive mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience
- Understanding of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, and control modules
- Experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and OBD tools
- Ability to perform part installations, fitment checks, and basic wiring modifications
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and electronic vehicle issues
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to document issues and communicate technical findings clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience with NX and Teamcenter
- Exposure to hybrid and electric vehicle systems
- Experience working with prototype or development vehicles
- Familiarity with Stellantis tools (CDA/CAC, Service Library, Star Parts)
- Experience supporting engineering or research vehicle fleets
