Title and Registration Administrator

  • Location: On-site – Draper, Utah
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

About the Role

The Title and Registration Administrator supports Clicklease's title operations by processing vehicle title documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring title-related activities are completed accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, detail-oriented work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative office environment.

What You'll Do

  • Process incoming title documents and Manufacturer's Certificates of Origin (MCOs).
  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical title records.
  • Prepare title releases and assemble title packets for shipment.
  • Review documentation for accuracy and identify missing or incomplete information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve title-related documentation issues.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or document processing experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate data entry.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to learn new software systems and internal processes.

  • Experience processing vehicle titles or registrations.
  • Experience working in automotive, lending, financial services, or document processing environments.
  • Experience working with document management systems.
