Responsibilities

  • Title & Registration processing: submitting new and used documentation to DMV
  • Ensure that all paperwork complies with State and Federal regulations.
  • Prepare titles for auctions
  • Keep records of title processing including auction & dealer trades.
  • Lien holder coordination: communicate with financial institution to secure lien free titles.
  • Customer service resolution: answering inquiries from customers and banks regarding registration and lien recording.
  • Perform basic and routine accounting function.
  • Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements

    • Proactive communicator with positive attitude.
    • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
    • Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required
    • Working knowledge of title processes
    • Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
