Essential Job Functions
- Final program review and refinement
- Identify and source special tools as required
- Generate work instructions
- Direct workflow to the mechanic team
- Monitor/ensure quality on completed vehicles
- Update Retrofit Management Database with key milestones
- Support mechanics with procedures and direction to meet objectives
Skills/Requirements
- Must have proven analytical skills
- Time management
- Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with FCA vehicles
