Key Responsibilities
- Support daily activities of team to ensure productivity, quality, and service standards are consistently met.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and feedback to support employee development and performance.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues, questions, and employee concerns.
- Monitor individual and team performance, addressing issues promptly and escalating as appropriate.
- Affirm daily workflows and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Cookload workload distribution to balance efficiency, capacity, and deadlines.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Track and report basic performance metrics and operational updates to management.
- Communicate priorities, deadlines, and process changes clearly to the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of new procedures or tools.
- Lead efforts to improve current process and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- One to two years of relevant operational experience in the automotive finance, lending, dealership, financial services, or related automotive industry required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant internal systems.
Pay
The expected pay for this role is a base pay range of $18.47- $21.63 per hour (non-exempt), plus bonus based on performance. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
