Vehicle Administrator
About the role
This is a pivotal role within the dealership, working closely with the Sales Management and Finance teams while supporting the wider sales operation. You’ll be responsible for managing key vehicle administration processes with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism ensuring every customer journey runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role involves liaising across departments, maintaining compliance standards, and working with manufacturer systems and industry regulations including GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA, and RAV requirements.

- Manage key vehicle administration processes with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism
- Liaise across departments to support smooth customer journeys
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA, and RAV requirements
- Work with manufacturer systems and modern dealership technology such as iLloyd
Requirements
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in vehicle or dealership administration
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Experience within a busy administrative environment, ideally within the automotive sector
