Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude, outgoing nature, and effective communication skills

Essential Functions and Accountabilities

• Determine customer automotive needs while educating the customer on new and used car ownership
• Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives
• Meet and exceed dealership goals and objectives
• Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow-up
• Suggest optional equipment for customer purchase
• Engage in business development
• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance
• Perform Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor
• Uphold Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures
