About the role
Responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in the overall sales process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle evaluations and provide customers with detailed information about each vehicle.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, including financing options and warranties.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and industry trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
