About the role

Responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in the overall sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct vehicle evaluations and provide customers with detailed information about each vehicle.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Handle all aspects of the sales process, including financing options and warranties.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and industry trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
