About the Role
Lead end-to-end mixed-method research projects focused on consumer behavior, retail experiences, and purchasing decisions for Reality Labs wearables.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, diary studies, and field research.
- Partner with product, design, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence go-to-market strategies and product decisions.
- Analyze research findings and deliver actionable insights through presentations and reports.
- Conduct field research at retail locations, including approximately one trip per month.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of UX or Consumer Insights research experience.
- Mixed-method research expertise with a quantitative-leaning background.
- Strong experience in survey design and statistical analysis.
- Experience conducting user interviews, focus groups, field research, and usability studies.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into business recommendations.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience planning research from end-to-end (research plans, screeners, discussion guides, execution, reporting).
- Experience using AI research tools (examples include Claude or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent research projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Consumer electronics or hardware research experience.
- Wearables or AR/VR industry experience.
- Retail or shopper insights research.
- Packaged Goods (CPG) consumer research.
- Experience with tracking studies.
- TURF Analysis.
- Conjoint Analysis.
