Responsibilities
- Lead generative UX research to understand user needs and expectations for audio experiences on AR glasses.
- Design and conduct quantitative evaluations of audio quality through laboratory studies, listening tests, surveys and statistical analysis.
- Evaluate hearing-related features by studying user perception, interaction and benefits.
- Conduct qualitative research to identify unmet needs, behaviors and opportunities for new experiences.
- Translate findings into actionable UX recommendations and measurable product improvements.
- Collaborate with research scientists, hardware/software engineers and other UX researchers to guide early-stage AR/VR product development.
