About the role
Our eCommerce team is committed to making Uline.com the easiest place to do business. As a UX Researcher, you'll uncover valuable customer insights, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape digital experiences that meet customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn research into action and influence decisions across our growing North American company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user research strategies across Uline’s customer-facing eCommerce channels and internal applications.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analysis, to identify user needs and opportunities.
- Create test plans, deliverables and presentations to communicate insights and guide business decisions.
- Partner with UX Designers, business teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions based on research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience (UX) Design / Research, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology or related field.
- 2+ years of UX research experience.
- Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
- Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills.
