Essential Job Duties
The Recruiting Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for recruitment activities. This position coordinates the day-to-day logistics of the hiring process, maintains recruitment systems, assists with candidate sourcing, and ensures efficient, customer-focused practices. Working closely with the recruitment team, this individual serves as a key point of contact to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Requirements and Preferences
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, On-site one day per week on Wednesdays, with the ability to come to campus for meetings and events as needed
- Department Required Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ability to maintain confidentiality, strong customer service orientation, ability to work independently and collaboratively, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, ability to learn new technology and recruitment systems quickly
- Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education: Experience supporting recruitment, staffing operations, or utilizing applicant tracking systems, proven ability to schedule interviews and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Outlook)
