Utility Property Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Aid the property management department with various administrative tasks.
• Shadow more experienced property managers to prepare for advancement.
• Frequently conduct on-site visits to managed properties.
• Communicate with property managers, staff, tenants, and vendors.
• Assist teams in providing more efficient services.
• Solicit repair bids from vendors and oversee home improvement projects.
