Roles & Responsibilities
- Aid the property management department with various administrative tasks.
- Shadow more experienced property managers to prepare for advancement.
- Frequently conduct on-site visits to managed properties.
- Communicate with property managers, staff, tenants, and vendors.
- Assist teams in providing more efficient services.
- Solicit repair bids from vendors and oversee home improvement projects.
