UTILITY MANAGER
Job Summary
Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Utility Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing utility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment that supports exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the utility team.
- Oversee dish room, sanitation, waste removal, and cleaning operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
- Manage staffing, productivity, and daily operations.
- Partner with culinary and patient dining leaders to support hospital operations.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, environmental services, or healthcare.
- Strong communication, organization, and team development skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Able to work rotating weekends.
