About the role
Manage the operation and maintenance of all utility systems. Ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity, steam, compressed air, and other utilities elements. Coordinate with production and other departments to meet operational requirements. Any Other job assigned by Management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and monitor all utilities equipment performance
- Troubleshoot Gas Dual Fuel Boiler (Bosch), EGB (Thermax) & Steam consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives
- Monitor and troubleshoot solar system
- Lead and supervise the utility team, technicians, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives
- Troubleshoot utility system failures and coordinate timely repairs
- Prepare utility budgets, maintenance reports, and performance records
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for utility equipment
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or BSc in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed University
- 8-15 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge on Gas Generators (MWM), DG (FG Wilson), Transformers, Switch-Gear, Motors, Compressors (KAESER), Inverter, Pump, Generator Jacket water check, etc.
- Good knowledge about SLD & AutoCAD 2D
- Must have Electrical Supervisor License (ABC)
