Utilities Transmission & Distribution Field Service/EAM Manager or Senior Manager
About the role
We are seeking a skilled utility industry practitioner to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You will lead teams to deliver transformative transmission and distribution enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility solutions, from assessment and planning through deployment. This role involves understanding client challenges, articulating the value of transformation in business outcomes, and bringing innovative solutions powered by artificial intelligence and automation. You will foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, integrate business data for evidence-based decisions, and mentor junior team members. Co-location with clients and teams is critical, and travel for client work will be required as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams to deliver transformative transmission and distribution enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility solutions, from up-front assessment, planning, and design through deployment.
- Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes.
- Combine deep functional expertise and delivery leadership for Utilities clients.
- Bring new technologies and innovative enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility solutions to clients.
- Act as a role model and coach for the next generation of Accenture managers and consultants.
- Champion team members to succeed professionally and personally.
- Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology, engaging with the C-Suite to the front line, for both business and IT.
- Integrate business data to discover new insights and enable evidence-based business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utilities (gas and electric).
- Minimum of 5 years of functional experience in utilities enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility systems, such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, IFS MWM, CGI PCAD, Salesforce, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utilities enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility processes.
- Experience leading functional consulting workstreams or project teams within a professional services or utility transformation environment.
- Experience managing client stakeholders and collaborating across business and technology organizations.
- A bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage workstreams within complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Strong structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and business process optimization skills.
- Ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business and operational outcomes.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations and influence stakeholders.
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced client environments while managing competing priorities.
- Interest and experience in technology-enabled transformation, analytics, AI, automation, and digital operations within utilities environments.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development and practice growth.
Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $132,500 to $338,300
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
- Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
- District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
- Maine: $112,900 to $249,000
- Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
- Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
- Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
- New York: $122,700 to $338,300
- New Jersey: $141,100 to $338,300
- Virginia: $122,700 to $311,200
- Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
