About the role

You are a skilled utility industry practitioner with the know-how to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You have the experience, creativity, and analytical power to design and implement the next generation of enterprise asset management solutions. Your expertise lies in utility processes underpinning enterprise asset management, asset health and maintenance, and asset performance lifecycles. You are passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to challenge the status quo and drive transformative change. As a connector, you inspire teams to deliver your vision and new ways of thinking, assembling diverse, high-octane teams that harness individual strengths to deliver radical insights. You understand the importance of co-location with clients and teams for innovation and are ready to partner at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver transformative transmission and distribution enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility solutions to our clients, from up-front assessment, planning, and design through deployment.
• Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes.
• Bring a combination of deep functional expertise and delivery leadership to our Utilities clients.
• Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility solutions to our clients.
• Be a role model and coach for the next generation of Accenture managers and consultants.
• Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology; from the C-Suite to the front line, for both business and IT.
• Integrate business data to discover new insights and enable evidence-based business decisions.
• Travel for client work as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utilities (gas and electric).
• Minimum of 5 years of functional experience in utilities enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility systems, such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, IFS MWM, CGI PCAD, Salesforce, etc.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utilities enterprise asset management and field scheduling and mobility processes.
• Experience leading functional consulting workstreams or project teams within a professional services or utility transformation environment.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and collaborating across business and technology organizations.
• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

• Ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business and operational outcomes.

• Interest and experience in technology-enabled transformation, analytics, AI, automation, and digital operations within utilities environments.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development and practice growth.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following ranges are provided as required by local law:

• California: $132,500 to $338,300
• Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
• Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
• District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
• Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
• Maine: $112,900 to $249,000
• Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
• Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
• Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
• New York: $122,700 to $338,300
• New Jersey: $141,100 to $338,300
• Virginia: $122,700 to $311,200
• Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
