Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Maintain excellent knowledge of used car inventory, pricing, and market trends
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or in a similar automotive sales leadership role
- Strong knowledge of used car market dynamics and pricing strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable plans
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service
- Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
