Used Car Buyer/Trade-In Specialist

Responsibilities
- Reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading in their vehicle
- Following up on inbound leads through phone, email, or text to gather vehicle info and set appointments
- Communicating regularly with customers to understand their needs and offer a competitive, fair-value deal
- Contacting customers after their new vehicle purchase to ensure perfect delivery
- Contacting customers after their vehicles service to ensure satisfaction
- Documenting feedback from customers and working with the Sales & Service team to improve CSI scores
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience
- Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
- Confidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the vehicle trade-in or selling process (optional)
- Able to stay organized, follow up consistently, and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay
$36,000-$150,000/annually, pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
Schedule
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
