About the role
Implements action plans aligned with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Uses the Open Door Policy and follows all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Operates the waste treatment system, including equipment for filtering, chemical treatment, and disposal.
- Checks system performance regularly, including flow rates, chemical levels, and equipment functionality, and reports any abnormalities to management.
- Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on waste treatment equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Maintains accurate logs and records of system performance, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensures all waste treatment processes comply with applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations by implementing required procedures, monitoring system performance, and maintaining documentation for regulatory audits.
- Obtains and maintains state-required licensing as needed.
- Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others adapt to change or new challenges.

Requirements
- 1 year's experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $26.85 - $33.85. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
