(USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor
Position Summary
Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentors new technicians. Demonstrates expertise in safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and TPMS. Utilizes digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains accurate inventory, audits safety and compliance standards, reports TBC complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products, services, and work areas, completes paperwork logs, and ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures, assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues and concerns. Advocates for the brand by valuing member experiences, modeling high-quality service and products, and training team members. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- 18 years of age or older.
